馮欣柔 FENG HSIN JOU
Strategic and impact-driven product manager with a psychology background and 6+ years of experience across both startups and large-scale enterprises.
I specialize in building products and core features from 0 to 1, and in leading large-scale optimizations that involve deep technical architecture and multi-stakeholder alignment. I thrive in ambiguity, turn insights into strategy, and have a track record of delivering user-centered solutions that solve complex business problems.
My background in psychology uniquely shapes the way how I approach product discovery, user research, and decision-making — combining qualitative depth with quantitative rigor to build products that truly resonate.
Looking ahead, I’m ready to take on broader product leadership responsibilities, lead teams through uncertainty, and scale impact at both the product and organizational levels.

Dcard is an anonymous community platform that combines social networking and forums, with its core user base consisting of college students and young adults. When I joined Dcard, I faced the challenge of an increasingly fragmented Gen Z audience due to the rise of emerging social platforms, which led to a decline in platform engagement and impacted the steady growth of advertising revenue.
In response to this market shift, my goal was to strengthen Dcard’s creator experience and content ecosystem — not only to maintain the posting motivation of existing creators, but also to attract more high-quality content creators, ultimately improving overall engagement and retention.
To achieve this, I focused on optimizing the posting experience and self-expression opportunities for creators, while also exploring ways to turn Dcard’s anonymous nature into a market differentiator, driving related product strategies and initiatives.
Moneybook is a personal finance management tool that enables users to aggregate information from bank, securities, insurance, and cryptocurrency accounts, streamlining financial tracking and eliminating the need for manual bookkeeping across multiple platforms.
When I joined Moneybook, I faced two key challenges: despite the global push for Open Banking, the regulatory environment in our market was immature, with privacy and security concerns undermining user trust and adoption. Additionally, developing a sustainable business model under resource constraints was a priority.
To address these challenges, I focused on three key areas:
-
Policy: Building partnerships with regulators and financial institutions to foster market awareness and maturity;
-
Product: Implementing bank-grade security measures and enhancing the user experience to strengthen trust and retention;
-
Business: Exploring and implementing monetization strategies that balance user value with long-term operational sustainability.
